San Diego Fun

Dear San Diego,

It's been far too long between visits. Almost 5 years. So sorry! I almost forgot how much I love spending time with you. I have so many great memories from my 4 years at Point Loma. The drive really wasn't soooo bad. We'll have to do it more often. Especially if Shelley (Jeff's sister) really does move there. I sure hope she does. There is so much more I'd like to do and see again. Not to mention... it's much nicer then visiting her in Arizona (no offense to AZ but SD is nicer.)

Love,
Bethany

We drove down to San Diego last weekend for my college roommates wedding. It was so much fun! Besides getting to spend time with dear friends we also met up with Jeff's family- his sister and Mom & Dad drove over from Arizona. It was great. I was involved in wedding stuff for a majority of the trip but they were able to spend a lot of time together at the pool and exploring SD. They also watched the kids while Jeff and I went to the rehearsal and wedding. We really appreciated that!

Jeff's and Shelley went go cart racing one of the days and had a great time. I don't have the pictures from that yet.

Cuddles in Auntie Shelley's bed... don't spill the coffee!

Seaport Village- Jeff, Dad, and Shelley toured the Midway Aircraft Carrier while we shopped with the kids, played with kites, and held birds.

Auntie Shelley taught Tori how to braid hair. Thanks, I love it!

Tori has been asking me to teach her how to climb a tree recently but... there is a lack of climbing trees in our area since we live in a redwood forest. However, there were perfect climbing trees in Seaport Village.

We headed out to Coronado Island (along with half of SD) for an evening of sand castle making.
