Yardwork

This is what I mean by doing yard work all weekend... which turned into all week as well and will most likely go through the next few weeks and weekends. It's going to be lovely though.


We began by tearing down a shed and clearing the yard. My job was to pull out berry vines and ivy- that gets old very quickly, move cinder blocks, wood, and plant trees. Tori was heard telling her Auntie that we were digging out plants and putting them in different places. True, we transplanted 10 trees and bushes. Building a retaining wall with the assistance of Samson and Siah. Notice the tools in hand and safety goggles on.

Always helpful

We even put Tori to work. She earned money to buy a special toy by picking up rocks and moving scrap wood. Now whenever we ask her to do something she wants to know how much money she'll earn... hum.
